_ Hot Yoga

Consists of 26 postures practiced in a hot room to detoxify the entire body, and build strength, confidence

and techniques to grow your practice. This class is perfect for all levels and is presented in both 1-hour and

90-minute classes.


Hot Yoga Flow

The 60 minute version of Hot Yoga, but with fewer breaks between poses, and with an emphasis on the

synergy between breath and movement.


Power Vinyasa Flow

Introduces you to fundamental yoga poses.  Vinyasa is a "flow" style yoga that links breath with movement,

and promotes cardiovascular health, physical strength, balance and flexibility.  Suitable for all levels.


Forrest Yoga

Challenges students to access their whole being and freedom of spirit through focus on breath, strength,

integrity and spirit.  Learn to connect with your breath via a series of held poses that allows you to safely

tailor each pose to work best for you.


Music Classes

Tune your body to music!  With limited instruction, this class is best suited for non-beginner students.
